All of our teachers are passionate about music and the development of children. They create a fun, informal, social setting that spurs engagement and supports each child's musical development.

Robin Patrick-Miernicki
Robin Patrick-Miernick grew up on the central coast. While attending Cuesta College, she took Early Childhood Education classes and worked at a preschool. Now, married with 3 daughters ages 5, 7, and 13, music remains a very important part of her life. She has been playing the djembe for about 10 years now, and drum for an African dance class in town. She is so excited to combine two things she loves, children and music, to create a fun and magical environment where we all just get to let loose for a while and be silly.
Mae Herron
Originally from the beautiful foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Mae has been an avid student of music for over 30 years. From singing in church when she was a child, to singing in choir in high school, and later in college, Mae has had the opportunity to practice and grow in her experience. One highlight of her singing journey was performing with her college choir at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Mae has a Bachelor’s in History/Secondary education and a Master’s degree in Special Education with K-12 licensure. Mae has worked as a middle school special education teacher, a preschool teacher, and childcare provider at the YMCA. When not clocking over 200,000 hours of music listening on Spotify, Mae loves to sing, and be active outside with her two boys, rowdy Boston Terrier, Belvedere, and wonderful husband.
